What is Level Method Individual?

Level Method Individual is a home-based fitness program designed to provide effective and convenient workouts using the Level Method programming, suitable for individuals with busy schedules and minimal equipment.

How does Level Method Individual differ from traditional gym programs?

Level Method Individual offers flexibility, allowing you to work out at home or in your garage - we'll give you two tracks, one requiring equipment found in most gyms, and one with minimal equipment (DBs). Our programming provides structured, calibrated, multi-leveled workouts, community support, and tracking tools to help you stay consistent and motivated.

How does Level Method Individual differ from Level Method Gym Programming?

Level Method Individual is built on the same foundation as our gym programming. You get access to two tracks when you sign up for LM individual. The first is very close to regular gym programming, and assumes full equipment availability. The second is a dumbbell focused, minimal equipment & time version of the same program.

What equipment do I need for Level Method Individual?

Basic equipment such as dumbbells, a barbell, a sandbag, and cardio equipment like a bike or rower. However, modifications and bodyweight alternatives are provided. We also give you access to a track that mirrors our gym programming and requires more equipment if you have it.

Who can join Level Method Individual?

Anyone looking for a flexible and effective fitness program can join. It's suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, postpartum mothers, and seniors.

How do I access the workouts?

All of our workouts are delivered through our partner Chalk It Pro. It's a streamlined, seamless platform where you can log in to view daily workouts, instructional videos, and track progress.

How do I pick the right workout to do?

When you sign up we will send you a quick questionnaire that we call our "Levels Predictor." Based on your answers to this, you'll have a good idea of approximately what level you are. But even if you don't get a predicted level, you can start easier than you think, and then as you gain familiarity, you'll quickly get hand holds on approximately what level you are.

How do I get an "official" Level?

To get an official Level you will have to find a Level Method gym in your area, and work with a coach one-on-one. You can find all official Level Method gyms here

What support is available to members?

Members receive access to a private community group, coaching guidance, nutrition support, and various resources to help maintain consistency and achieve fitness goals.

How are the workouts calibrated?

In gyms around the world, members have been logging assessment results, which create an objective foundation to calibrate workouts. The 7 levels we deliver to you in our workouts are 100% calibrated by data. Since 2016, we have been compiling and analyzing millions of data points, and from that information making adjustments. When you see a "BLUE" or a "YELLOW" workout, you know that day to day, month to month, the workouts will be appropriate to that level.

What is the Fitness MAP?

The MAP is a 4x8 foot visual guide for fitness progression. It is a highly-calibrated "MAP" of Fitness designed for gyms that literally "shows" someone where they are in fitness, what their weaknesses are, and what the next steps for improvement would be. It is not available to the public due to the requirement of high quality coaching in a gym environment to explain it properly.

Do I get a Fitness MAP when I sign up for Level Method Individual?

No, the MAP is only available to gyms who have fully integrated the Level Method System. Go here to find a list of gyms who have the Level Method system.
