LM Coach starts before program delivery. It gathers what you learn through assessment and intake, then keeps that context attached to the work that follows.
Why they train comes first.
We start with what training is for in the client’s life, then separate that from the goal they are pursuing right now. The intake can go deeper when the answer needs it without requiring every client to speak like a coach.
The intake adapts to the client.
The intake unfolds in stages. Clients can answer in plain language, say they are not sure, or add more detail when they have it. The coach gets useful context without forcing the client to speak in training terminology.
Keep the client's information together.
Assessment results and intake answers stay connected instead of being split across forms. The coach can see the current picture before programming starts and update it as the work continues.
You make the decisions.
LM Coach can prepare drafts, checks, and call material. The coach reviews the work and decides what reaches the client.

LM Coach comes from the assessment and build process used in our own one-on-one practice. It also draws on Level Method's measurement system, developed through 1,000+ gyms and 1.9 million calibrated data points.
