Level Method for Gyms
One Class. Different People.
Training That Fits Every Member.
Seven calibrated levels in every workout, so every coach can match the workout to the room, and a measurement system that keeps members progressing for years.
Rx. Scaled. Beginner.
That's the board.
Your coach is the rest of the system.
You've got a 22-year-old competitor and a 55-year-old who just wants to stay healthy. Same class. Same hour. Same workout on the board.
Your programming says "Rx / Scaled / Beginner." Three options for the entire spectrum of human fitness.
So your coaches carry the scaling system in their heads. From memory. From feel. Class after class. And the calls don't stack -- because there's no shared page.
The members who don't fit -- the ones who get crushed or get bored -- they don't complain. They just stop coming.
It's not a coaching problem. It's not a programming problem. It's a scaling problem. And three options will never solve it.

Most programming providers give you three levels and leave the scaling to your coaches. Level Method gives you seven, White through Black. The number is the easy part.
What makes a level useful is that it means something specific. “Orange level upper body pull” is a calibrated target, learned from 1.9M data points across a decade of real gyms, and it means the same thing on your floor as it does on every other one. Seven uncalibrated columns is just a busier whiteboard.
That calibration is what lets one workout fit every member in the room. The 55-year-old gets exactly what she needs. So does the 22-year-old. Same class, same hour, both progressing.
“We tried five programming providers. Power Athlete, Functional Bodybuilding, Train Heroic, WODwell. None fit our members. Level Method did. Four years and counting.”

Two ways to run Level Method.
You can run just the programming, or the full system. They solve different problems.
Just the programming.
Every workout ships with all seven levels built in, so your coaches scale from the same page and every member trains at the right level. If better programming is all you need, this is it.

The full system.
Everything in the programming, plus the measurement side: MAP assessments for every member, progress they can see, MAPs customized to your gym, and help from us getting it all running. This is how gyms keep members longer and grow their coaches.

Gym owners who made the switch.
We went from 70 to 95 members. We didn't sign up more people. We just kept them. I can't imagine running our gym without Level Method.

Three times better. The numbers show this. We dropped our CrossFit affiliation and kept Level Method. Now we're opening a second location.

It gives a tangible to something that's intangible. My members drop into other gyms and say they don't have anything like this. Once you know, you can't unknow it.
