The 15-minute coach huddle

Run this before launch. The goal is a runnable first month, not turning every coach into a HYROX expert.

What HYROX actually tests

HYROX is compromised running: eight 1km runs broken up by fixed stations. Members need to run well fresh and run well under fatigue. Do not turn every session into a race simulation.

How to read a session

Each day has a V Discipline tag -- Endurance, Threshold, or Power. Coach the day to its intended intensity. Virtuosity is the monthly implement focus, linked to that month's assessment. Quality (Range, Balance, Coordination, Stability) lives in warmup and accessory work, not the main piece.

The four-month arc

Base (aerobic engine, 10K run), Build (return to run + ski), Build (carries, grip, posture, and bodyweight fatigue), Peak (race-pace expression: Karen, Row, 1-mile run). Every week still has endurance and threshold, so members can join any time.

Assessments + keep it simple

Assessments are scored training sessions baked into the program -- not extra test days. We'll share the way to capture scores before launch. Start with 2-3 classes per week, coach the V Discipline for the day, and don't imply affiliation, certification, partnership, endorsement, or official HYROX status.

Member announcement copy

Plug-and-play. Pick the version that fits your channel, fill in your class date and CTA, and send.

Hey team,

Ever train hard but not really train FOR anything? Starting July 1, we're changing that.

We're launching HYROX-style training -- training built around HYROX, the fitness race showing up everywhere. The format is simple: you run, you hit a station (ski, sled, row, carries, lunges, wall balls), you run again. No barbell skills, no qualifying, and you can walk the runs if you need to. Almost everyone who starts a HYROX finishes it.

Why it's worth your time:
- A real goal. A finish line to train for, not just another workout.
- You can do it. Every level welcome -- we scale it to where you're at.
- Do it with your people. Grab a friend and train for it together.
- See yourself improve. Simple benchmarks show you getting fitter month over month.

You don't have to sign up for a race to start. If you're curious -- or you just want a goal that makes training mean something again -- get on the list.

Reply HYROX and we'll send the details and first class times.

Front desk / coach script

Starting July 1 we're running HYROX-style training. HYROX is that fitness race you've probably seen -- running plus simple stations like ski, sled, and wall balls. The best part: every level can do it, you can walk the runs, and it gives you an actual finish line to train for. A lot of people do it with a friend. You don't have to sign up for a race to start -- want me to add you to the interest list?

Owner-recorded member intro script (30-60s)

Ever feel like you train hard but you're not really training FOR anything? HYROX fixes that.

HYROX is a fitness race -- you run, you hit a station like the ski, sled, rower, carries, or wall balls, and you run again. Eight rounds. No barbell skills, no qualifying, and if you need to walk part of the run, you walk. Almost everyone who starts actually finishes.

Here's why I think you'll love it: it gives you a real finish line to chase, it's something you can train for with your friends, and you'll watch yourself get measurably fitter along the way. And it's for every level -- we scale it to exactly where you're at. A true beginner can walk in and feel completely comfortable.

Starting July 1 we're running HYROX-style training right here. You don't have to sign up for a race to start -- if you're even a little curious, get on the list. Reply HYROX, talk to a coach, or ask the front desk and we'll send you the details.

Flyer + social prompts

Use one prompt at a time. If you need a lobby poster, email graphic, or printed handout, use the flyer prompt. If you need Instagram, Facebook, stories, reels, or a carousel, use the social prompt.

How to use these

  1. Copy the prompt for the asset you want.
  2. Fill in your gym name, colors, schedule, offer, and call to action.
  3. Paste it into GPT to generate the copy, layout, design direction, and optional AI image/design prompt for that specific asset.
  4. Build the final asset in Canva, Adobe Express, your design tool, or with your designer.
  5. Keep the HYROX-style language rules below: no HYROX logo, no official claims, no affiliation implication unless actually true.

The three training day types

Use this to understand the feel and coaching target of each day. These are not extra categories and not final programmed workouts -- the full four-month track is delivered through your Level Method programming.

Endurance

The volume zone. Longer, patient, sustainable aerobic work that builds the floor. Coach the session so members finish feeling like they trained capacity, not survived a race simulation.

Threshold

The race-pace zone. Comfortable-hard, sustained, repeatable work. Coach pacing, composure, and the ability to keep output strong without turning the whole session into a redline effort.

Power

The top-end aerobic zone. Shorter, sharper, repeatable intervals that raise the ceiling. Power here means aerobic power / VO2-style work, not max lifting, plyometrics, or a strength day.

HYROX-style language rules

  • Say "HYROX-style" in public and member-facing copy.

  • Do not use HYROX logos or official HYROX brand assets unless your gym has the rights.

  • Do not call your gym an official HYROX program, affiliate, Training Club, or Performance Center unless it is actually true.

  • Your existing Level Method coaches can run this day one. Separate HYROX certification or affiliation pathways are optional and not required for this Level Method HYROX-style track.

Ready for July 1

On Level Method? The HYROX-style track appears through your normal Level Method programming feed/cadence on July 1 -- no upcharge, no setup.

Not on Level Method yet? This track is part of Level Method programming. See pricing.

Level Method is not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by HYROX. "HYROX" refers to the sport. Our offering is HYROX-style training.
